Summer Storms

The past week has brought with it a break from the summer heat. There are been many thunderstorms and rain storms which really brings the temperatures down. For the first time ever, I actually welcomed rain. Its been a nice temperature for the past couple days in the upper teens and lower 20s. But the thunderstorms here are intense! Nothing like the rare thunderstorms we get in Vancouver. This ones are loud! And with multiple flashes of lightning that seem impossibly close.
